    Gary and Edmund Entin are filmmakers who co-write, direct, and produce their projects. They have made five feature films, including the Outfest Audience Award-winning and GLAAD-nominated 'Geography Club,' 'Sins of Our Youth' (starring Lucas Till, Joel Courtney, and Ally Sheedy), the Lifetime original 'A Country Christmas Harmony' (starring Brooke Elliott), and the ION/MarVista Christmas film 'How Sarah Got Her Wings.

  • Valarie Finkel

    PRODUCER

    Born in New York, and raised in the Washington DC area, Valerie headed north to Boston University for her bachelor’s degree in film, and then west to Los Angeles, where she earned an associate degree in theater at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Her path to becoming a filmmaker began with her learning as many aspects of the craft as she could. Before stepping up to producing and directing, she had honed her skills in everything from production managing to costume designing to acting. 

    “The consummate director,” says Valerie, “is one who can walk in the shoes of all the members of her team.”  Valerie, who has spent years building her career in television and film, is a recent graduate of the Netflix Series Director Development Program and a proud member of the Directors Guild of America.

  • Mauricio Arrioja

    PRODUCER

    Born in Mexico, Mauricio’s passion for film began with making homemade films. His early studies at Sorø Academy in Denmark, alma mater of famous writer Hans Christian Andersen, sparked his interest in storytelling that spans cross-cultural divides. While living in Europe, he studied diverse film movements including Dogme 95, style and lighting techniques of film noir and German Expressionism.

    Mauricio brings over 12 years of television, commercial, music video, and motion picture production experience. He has worked with Viacom, Univision, NBC, ABC, CBS, The Emmys, The TV Academy, AFI Fest, Hola Mexico Film Festival and several award-winning directors and filmmakers. He has broadened his experience by collaborating and producing multiple vertical format fantasy series for Pocket FM.  Arrioja specializes in increasing office efficiency, event planning, stakeholder/vendor outreach, safety, acquiring new projects and overseeing them from development to exhibition. Mauricio has managed several tiers and budget sizes for feature films; including SAG-AFTRA Theatrical tier categories and budgets ranging from micro budgets to multi-million dollar productions.

    He holds a B.A. in Film and Television Arts from California State University, Northridge, an A.A. in Cinema from Los Angeles City College and is actively involved with Film Independent Los Angeles and the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP).
